Public Vote - Miss Popularity 2009
The winner of the public text vote will be announced at the final and she will win the title Miss Popularity. She will also go forward to a Miss Popularity Heat of Miss England; the winner of which will win a place in the Grand Final of Miss England 2009 in London at the Hilton Metroplole Hotel in July.
The public text vote counts as one judge on the panel, and the top 10 scores in the public vote will be added to the overall scores. The winner will also be fast-tracked into the Top 15 on the night of the final.
